A short answer to a common objection: that a 400 W soldering station is pointless for electronics because it will destroy anything it touches. The demonstration assembles a small through hole kit on the Geeboon HA310 using a deliberately oversized soldering tip. Each pad is tinned, the resistors are soldered in and trimmed, the socket and the remaining parts follow, and the finished board powers up and works. The point is that a temperature controlled iron only delivers the power the joint actually draws; a high rating sets the ceiling for heavy work, not the amount of heat applied to a small pad. The HA310 also accepts the smaller JBC handpieces such as the T210 with its C210 cartridges, so fine surface mount work remains available from the same station.
