This build pairs that card with a Ryzen 9 CPU, which shifts the question away from frame rates and towards whether a mid range Turing card contributes anything meaningful once you have a high core count processor doing the heavy lifting in a 4K editing timeline.

The practical points worth noting for a buyer are around import realities and build quality rather than raw benchmark numbers. Cards sold for the domestic Chinese market often arrive with different documentation, packaging and warranty support, and cooler design and fan noise vary considerably between board partners even when the underlying GPU is identical. The GTX 1660 sits below the 1660 Ti and uses GDDR5 rather than GDDR6, and with 6GB of VRAM it is capable for timeline scrubbing and NVENC accelerated exports, but it is not a card for heavy GPU compute or high resolution effects work.
