The 1SCN dual channel station offers an appealing specification: 160 W of combined power driving both a JBC C210 handpiece and a C115 nano handpiece from one unit, with an I2C style interface and a price well below the branded equivalents. Externally it makes a reasonable first impression. The C210 handpiece is comfortable in the hand, the C115 nano is impressively small for fine SMD and micro rework, and the supplied cradle is adequate.

The problems begin once the case is removed. The internal construction is where this unit fails, with assembly and layout choices that undermine confidence in long term reliability and, more importantly, in mains isolation and general electrical safety. That matters more here than in most reviews, because a soldering iron tip sits in direct contact with the boards being worked on; a station with questionable isolation puts both the operator and sensitive assemblies at risk. The teardown section is the core of this review and the reason its conclusion is so direct.

Power-up and soldering tests show that the hardware can heat tips and hold temperature well enough to work with, which makes the internal shortcomings more frustrating. Buyers attracted by the dual channel convenience are better served by a known quantity such as an Aixun T3A or T3B, or a genuine JBC system if the budget allows, rather than a station whose internals do not match its specification sheet.
